The short version
I've spent close to three decades building enterprise critical software, starting as a developer and evolving through architecture and product leadership roles in leading companies. I have played both leadership and individual contributor roles excelling in quality delivery in every capacity engaged.
My specialty is the messy middle of enterprise transformation: the place where telecommunications order management meets CRM platform architecture meets real business processes that resist simplification. I've shipped solutions for Tier 1 and 2 telecommunications companies such as Verizon Visible, Rogers Communications, Telecom Argentina, Cox Communications, each time translating domain complexity into systems that operations teams actually use.
Outside of work, I've enjoyed several hobies from photography, to geeky audio-video technology and sports (racquet sports are my thing) and I am a lifelong learner currently expanding into ServiceNow. I believe in visuals and working through problems with architectures that serve the business rules and user experience alike.
